I think the answer to your question is no. But I dont really know what you are asking.

Yes. You have to have a level 10 main building, then you can tear down any building you want. (except resource fields)

This is exactly where you should post this. If you have a question, just feel free to ask.

build up crannies i know 150% of recs but a general number?

should i be building my residence and how hi?

should i upgrade my barraks for faster training and how hi?

when should i build troops and how many?

should i build other things for other troops, what kind and how many?

oh and do i need to upgrade my embassy or is lvl 1 fine?

and how hi should i build my wall?

and should i upgrade my lvl 1 rally point? what does it do anyway?

i'm playing as a roman. i've read posts from you guys so i get some things but i'm to the point now that i don't know whats next. and most of you guys don't play the romans so any advice is going to be helpful.

For now, cover 150% of your warehouse, and work on resources.
You can get away with only three or four crannies, depending on how active you are, and how often you can spend down.
Resources, resources, resources. You dont need an embassy above level one. Dont build a res. Dont up your barracks, unless you are VERY active, and raiding constantly. Any other buildings you upgrade, cost resources that you could better invest in more resources, and will hurt your growth later. Do your best to get your hourly resources each above your pop. When you get between 200 to 300 pop, then you can worry about your res and a second village. Some will advise you to go for a second village earlier, but unless you are active and raiding, dont.
Troops: If you can spend hours a day playing, train offensive troops and raid, raid, raid. If you get raided, dont train troops. If you do train any troops, make sure you send them on a raid whenever you cannot be online. For instance, when I leave for work, Im usually gone for 9 hours. so, I find a nice little village 4 1/2 hours away, and send all my troops there. That way, there are no surprises when I get home.
My advice, is do what you can to get MORE resources. That means, raid or invest in more resource fields. Dont build anything else.

well, I'm playing roman
I like it coz we can build 1 recs fields and 1 building at the same time.
Nyways, romans usually start slow.
So cranny up and upgrade your recs.
then you could concentrate on other buildings as well.
When they get tired of not getting anything from you, they'll stop and occasionally attack.
But that doesnt really matter by that time.
Coz you've grown big .
That's my exprience anyway.
I am playing roman on all 3 servers that I'm playing now

You need a high level rally point when you have catas, or to train a chief. Dont worry about a rally point.
If you have a cropper near you, either a nine or fifteen, you might want to take that.
Later on, when we have grown larger or merged with another alliance or two, we will likely designate a cluster. you can get a cropper out there as well. But for now, try to find a cropper near you.
