Hiding troops Empty Hiding troops

When we start making troops, some of us are going to be a bit behind the curve. I, for one, keep getting raided. It's no big, since I have crannies, but it means I have to constantly be sending my troops out so they don't get killed. When I'm just starting to build, that's a real pain.

Since I figure most of us will be ramping up troop growth and the same time, maybe it benefits us to have a set place to reinforce and stash our troops. Collected, they stand less chance of getting wiped out. Someone who doesn't get attacked very often would be a solid choice, obviously.

Does that make sense or am I just being ridiculous?

Actually, it does make sense for a small alliance like ours to do this.
Especially if the 'base' is a gaul with lots of traps.
Or maybe the 15c I hope to take in less than a week...

I could hold em. I have lots of traps, and I dont get attacked. If people would send wheat too, so the troops dont die, I could definitely do it.

I want to train troops and start raiding like i normally do so badly,
But i just cant with all these incoming attacks on the way.
Hiding with the troops aint gonna help nyways as the TNT seems to rule our area.
We can only do a few stuffs.

1) everybody crannies up until they give up as it's futile to attck us.
2) Offer a confed or NAP with TNT, which I'm pretty sure they wont accept.
3) Maybe offer them resources. everyday, we could send recs to the selected ppl of TNT. Bribing them to fend off attacks

Opinions are greatly appreciated

well I'm going to work on recs, traps and crannies.. then I'll start rebuilding my troops.. I didn't have many yet.. so I think I"m going to get to where I can research something bigger, maybe a bit better.. or have better defense on them than what I had.

Get crannies, we wont back down and give them resources. An NAP is highly unlikely.
